E-Commerce Programs

Sponsored by NASDAQ International, Bank of China International, KPMG and a number of well-known IT companies in China, the CIBT School of Business e-commerce program provides organjzations with a balanced program of technical and commercial courses required for making the transition to e-commerce applications. In 2001, CIBT School of Business signed a contract to deliver the e-commerce program to China's Ministry of Foreign Trade, which is responsible for establishing online trading policies as well as co-operation with foreign government organizations. Contributing to the market for this program is China's recent liberalization in the telecommunication and financial services sectors, along with rapidly increasing Internet penetration and lower prices for PCs, expected to spur e-commerce development.
