一種高效率的無橋Boost PFC拓?fù)涞难芯?/h1>

摘要:在大功率應(yīng)用時(shí),傳統(tǒng)的Boost PFC電路的整流橋損耗成為整個(gè)開關(guān)電源的主要損耗之一。無需整流橋的新拓?fù)涓咝蕛?yōu)勢。Dual Boost PFC(DBPFC)即為一種適用于大功率的無橋PFC拓?fù)洹1疚脑谂c傳統(tǒng)Boost PFC對(duì)比的基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)分析了DBPFC的損耗情況,通過計(jì)算及實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了DBPFC效率比傳統(tǒng)Boost PFC提高1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)左右,功率越大效率優(yōu)勢越明顯。本文還對(duì)DBPFC的控制方法作了改進(jìn),減小了驅(qū)動(dòng)損耗。

Abstract:The conventional single switch boost topology is not suitable for higher power application because of its high rectify bridge losses. In order to improve the efficiency, many new topologies without rectify bridge have been proposed. Dual Boost PFC (DBPFC) is a kind of simple bridgeless boost PFC and easily to control. The losses of DBPFC are evaluated and compared with conventional boost PFC in this paper. And control strategy of DBPFC is studied and improved by reducing driver losses.
