Yang Shuai, MEd

Mr. Shuai has been the full-time General Manager of CIBT since March 1995, and is responsible for the management of CIBT’s sites in China. Mr. Shuai has working knowledge in the establishment of a private college (Yuda Vocational School) and a Sino-American joint venture college of English language training in Beijing between the Beijing Adult Education College and the Los Angeles Language College. His work with the China national Institute for Educational Studies (1986 to 1989) and UNESCO Beijing Centre (1990 to 1992) has enabled Mr. Shuai to establish close relations with the education authorities at both the national and municipal levels. Since 1982, he has provided translation and interpretation services in both education and commercial areas, and the education institutes that have utilized Mr. Shuai’s services include UNESCO, the World Bank and many universities in North America, Europe and Australia.
