Troy William Rice, BS, MBA, CPA

Mr. Rice is a financial and operational executive with over twenty years of experience spanning software, services, manufacturing, real estate, retail and for-profit education companies. Mr. Rice joined CIBT Education Group in CIBT in late 2005. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Rice served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Universal Technical Institute, Inc (NYSE: UTI), the largest automotive school in United States with campuses through out the country. Mr. Rice was responsible for establishing and expanding the businesses of UTI. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Rice participated in the IPO process of UTI and UTI was successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange in the fall of 2004.

Mr. Rice has also worked in the capacity of Vice President of Petsmart (NASDAQ: PETM), President of Cliquethru Technologies, Senior Vice President of Comfort Systems USA, Vice President at Transunion, Inc, Vice President and Controller, Trammell Crow and Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Rice received his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Iowa in 1985 and his MBA from Arizona State University in 1992. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
