Mr. Raymond D. Schachter has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Schachter is a Partner with the law firm Alexander Holburn Beaudin & Lang LLP in Vancouver, BC. Mr. Schachter has been practicing law since 1972 and was previously a Partner at Quorum Business Lawyers from 1985 to 2007. Prior to this he was an Associate and later Partner at Witten Binder, a major law firm in Edmonton, Alberta. His expertise includes general corporate and commercial law, real estate and land development. Mr. Schachter has acted on behalf of CIBT Education Group and its subsidiaries since the late 1980s.
