Dean has over 29 years experience in the Education field, 18 of which in a management capacity. He has successfully grown two college systems in Canada including being part of Control Data’s (CDI) growth from 3 campuses to 18 campuses within 10 year by using innovative funding programs. Dean also took Sprott-Shaw Community College from one school and 26 students to an organization of 20 Canadian locations with 3500 students annually and 3 international licenses. His efforts at Sprott-Shaw turned the once struggling one program school into a profitable multi-program institution. Dean played an instrumental role in increasing Sprott-Shaw’s program offerings to include licensed Practical Nursing, Bachelor of Business Administration (with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources), and a Bachelor of Business, Healthcare and Hospitality programs.
