Executive Vice-President, Business Development

Mr. David An joined CIBT in 1996 as Vice President of Business Development. He was in charge of the business development department of CIBT in Beijing. In 2004, Mr. An was promoted to the position of Managing Director responsible for the expansion of CIBT to Shandong province. He spear-headed the establishment of CIBT in Weifang city and assisted in the acquisition of Beihai International College from Weifang University. In 2005, Mr. An led the operational team and established CIBT Wyotech Automotive Institute. Mr. An holds an MBA degree from University of Victoria and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tianjin University in China.
